Dominic Skinner spent eight years working for Lord Norman Foster in the UK as an associate in his architectural practice. In 2004 he moved to Corfu, having bought a derelict 200-year-old village in the north east of the island. It took four years to restore the village, retaining its original charm but adding 21st century comforts. This award-winning project, The Rou Estate, is made up of 15 houses, a restaurant, a private Spa, Mediterranean gardens and a pool area.

Over the last six years, Dominic has been involved with many projects in the Ionian and Aegean areas. He has designed over 50 houses and has built 35 private luxury villas in Corfu and Paxos valued at between €3-12 million.
